Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our store, you will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This email does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.

A binding contract between you and ZNON is formed only when your order has been dispatched from our distribution center and you receive a shipping notification containing a tracking reference.

ZNON reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in British Pounds Sterling (£) unless dynamically adjusted by currency preferences. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping charges, which are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase using supported payment providers (including major debit/credit cards and WooCommerce payment gateways).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship ZNON products worldwide using reliable express courier networks. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and cannot be strictly guaranteed due to potential local customs procedures or weather delays.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees assessed by customs authorities in the destination country.

Returns & Cancellations

Under consumer protection guidelines, you have the right to return unused products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, items must be in completely unused condition, in original packaging, and with protective plastic wrappers intact (including grip shrink-wrap on rackets).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or verified as defective upon arrival.

Products & Specifications

We make every effort to display the colors, weights, balance points, and technical specifications of our rackets as accurately as possible. However, due to hand-layered carbon fibre manufacturing techniques, slight variations in frame weight (typically +/- 5g) may naturally occur.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—including logo graphics, typography, photography, product designs, and text—is the exclusive property of ZNON. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any visual or technical materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ZNON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, nor for injuries incurred during play on the padel court.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
